Our stay was very comfortable and gave us a great base from which to explore Daegu.
My wife and I stayed for 6 nights. Our host gave very clear instructions on getting to the property and met us at the apartment. The apartment was very clean warm and modern and as described by host. There was a good shower TV and nice kitchenette. We didn’t experience any disturbance from neighbouring apartments. We used the subway to get around; the apartment was only a 5 minute walk away from a subway entrance.
We weren’t told that construction of a new apartment building was in progress right next to our block. We were woken one morning at 7am by construction work. There was a lack of some basic furniture eg no bed side tables, no chairs to sit on or table to eat at. No western cutlery (spoons, knives, forks etc). Only hand sized towels (common in Korea). We purchased two bath towels - quiet difficult to find in Korea and have left them at the flat for future guests.

good location. basically you can travel around by bus. bus stop just few minutes walk away. if you need to travel to ktx station with your luggage. taxi only cost krw4000 and 10 minutes away.

i love this place!
i love this place! It’s so nice and clean and it has everything u needed! And I love how it’s a loft and me and my friend can sleep on different bed at night. The owner is such a gentle man and very very helpful! Whenever I have problems I can just simple ask him and he would help me right the way. The location is nice too, easy to get to. Subway station 3 mins walk away. A 24 hour convenient store on the ground level. theres post office nearby as well. All in all, I’m super satisfied with this place, I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Room was good. However this was overshadowed by having to stump up 1 weeks rent in advance.
Clean, well air conditioned apartment.
Payment method cash only. This was not made clear before booking. Having made the reservation online, via an e-company called Booking.com, we were shocked that credit card was not accepted. To be fair, cash only did appear in the small print of the booking confirmation, however we missed this essential information and believe other travellers would too. It caused us a lot of hassle sorting out the cash for a weeks’ stay (required upon check-in) and was pretty stressful after a long flight.
